Structure
DE&I Promotion Structure
Under the Sustainability Committee chaired by the President, the Human Capital Subcommittee formulates and implements company-wide policies and specific initiatives related to DE&I.
Targets and Performance
In the Mid-Term Business Plan (2024–2026), the following KPIs (FY2026 targets) have been set: a ratio of women in management positions of 6% or more (10% or more by 2030) and an employment rate of persons with disabilities of 2.7% or more.
