Policy and Commitment

Shimizu defines a “rewarding and attractive workplace” as one in which everyone who works at the company is physically and mentally healthy and can fully demonstrate their individual characteristics and strengths while recognizing and respecting one another. The following grand design outlines the specific steps toward realizing this vision.

Management System

Management

To deepen employees’ understanding of the direction the company seeks to take and to align their efforts, Shimizu has formulated a grand design to create rewarding and attractive workplaces. At the same time, we are making issues more visible through pulse surveys and engagement surveys, while promoting changes in awareness and behavior through dialogue-based initiatives such as one-on-one meetings and workplace dialogue sessions.
