Construction Record

We have completed construction on La Vista Tokyo Bay. This is an urban resort hotel in Toyosu, Tokyo with 582 guest rooms, a indoor public bath, pool, bar and restaurant.

We have completed construction on the Hiratsuka Hall of Arts and Culture at the site of Mitsukedai Park in Hiratsuka, Kanagawa Prefecture. The main auditorium is characterized in a three-layer structure and a large atrium space.

We have completed construction of Kawanishi City Medical Center. This is an acute care hospital which will play a central role in the community to provide advanced medical care. Its concept is of a garden hospital. We have placed great importance on the connections with the adjacent park and the surrounding woodland area.

We have completed construction on the Funatani River Bridge on the Yonago Expressway. This is a corrugated steel web bridge. It is our fourth bridge and has the longest span.

Trinity Tower, Shimizu’s first 246-meter-tall ultra high-rise office building in Indonesia, is complete.
